| 英文摘要 | Neurocontrol of movement after CVA is often spared, but few studies have investigated the difference n motor control pattern between stroke and healthy adults. Multi-channel surface electromyography (SEMG) can describe characteristics of neurocontrol during a series of volitional and reflex events. The relationship of these neurocontrol characteristics to clinical functional mobility capability is at the be ginning. This study evaluated the relationship between neurocontrol patterns evoked by lower limb movement of sit-to-stand task and the functional mobility capability evaluated using traditional FIM method, between stroke and healthy persons. The records a/nine neurologically healthy (6 male, 3 female,) and fourteen stroke (13 male, 1 female) were used. SEMG was recorded from both quadriceps, hamstrings, anterior tibialis, and triceps surae muscles and used/or analysis. SEMG patterns of activity recorded during sit-to-stand movement attempts were characterized and compared with the functional independent score (mobility and locomotion ability) using FIM method The neurocontrol patterns recorded of sit-to-stand task correlated well with the FIM functional mobility score. Marked decreased in motor unit activation and / or loss of motor organization were found in lower FIM functional mobility group. Coactivation 0/proximal muscles, altered timing of muscle activity and spread of activity into contralateral muscles were also noted in stroke patients. The degree of similarity a/motor control patterns between non-affected side and affected side in stroke patients were found closely correlate to their FIM functional mobility capability. |
