| 中文摘要 | 廣東山葡萄<Ampelopsis cantoniensis(HooK. et Arn.)Planchon.>屬於葡萄科 (Vitaceae) 山葡萄屬 (Ampelopsis) 植物 (1), 生於臺灣全境之山麓至低海拔山區的山坡 灌叢或山谷疏林中;於民間常用於消炎止痛 (2),然於藥理方面之研究則鮮有報導。本研究 室針對廣東山葡萄以甲醇抽取過濾,濃縮後再以不同溶媒進行分配分離,所得氯仿層 (chloroform layer)、正己烷層 (n-hexane layer)、正丁醇層 (n-butanol layer) 及水層 (water layer),分別進行鎮痛及抗炎藥理實驗, 所得初步結果如下:一、廣東山葡萄粗抽 物 (簡稱 Ac) 口服投予鼷鼠, 求得半數致死劑量 (LD) 為 629.6mg/kg。 二、 Ac 對於λ -carrageenin 所誘導足蹠浮腫實驗,具有明顯劑量依存性的抑制作用;又各個分層在100mg /kg的濃度下,其抑制作用強度依序為水層>正丁醇層>氯仿層>正己烷層。三、Ac對於福馬 林所誘發鼷鼠舔足之疼痛實驗中,發現前期及後期均產生抑制效果。又,各個分層在100mg /kg的濃度下,也以水層及正丁醇層抑制作用較顯著。由以上實驗結果得知,廣東山葡萄的 鎮痛抗炎作用之機轉可能與中樞及周邊均有關係,至於其有效成分及其詳細藥理作用,尚有 待更深入的研究。 |
| 英文摘要 | Ampelopsis cantoniensis (Hook. et Arn.) Planchon (Ac)is a plant of Ampelopsis of Vitaceae. It grows in bushes or the luxuriant forests from the mountains to the valleys of low elevation zone throughout Taiwan. Ac is always used as an anti-inflammatroy drug and an analgesic in the folk, but there are few reports to investigate its pharmacological mechanisms. The crude extract of Ac was separated with various solvents into chloroform layer, n-hexane layer, n-butanol layer and water layer. We attempted to explore the pharmacological properties of anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Several preliminary results were obtained as follows:1.The median lethal dose (LD50) of the crude extracts of Ac was 629.6 mg/kg. 2.For the anti-inflammatory effects, the crude extracts of Ac inhibited the edema induced by 1% λ - carrageenin in a dose-dependent manner. In addition, the inhibition order for each extract layer with 100 mg/kg is water layer>n-butanol layer>chloroform layer>n-hexane layer. 3.Ac inhibited the early and late phase of pain response induced by formalin. In the concentration of 100 mg/kg of each extract layers, only water layer and n-butanol layer are effective in alleviating the pain responses. From the above results, Ac's mechanism might be related to the inhibition of inflammatory substance in peripheral and in central nervous system. The pharmacological effects of its active components need to be further investigated. |
