中文摘要 | 本篇研究使用4,4'-二苯甲基二異氰酸鹽(MDI)與3,3'4,4'-二苯甲酮四羧基二酸 酐( BTDA ),以及所合成出具側鏈雜環的苯醚二胺單體,以不同莫耳比例,藉由共聚合反 應,合成出具有側鏈雜環的芳香族聚尿素-醯亞胺共聚合體。所合成出的聚合體,其玻璃轉 位溫度在 209-239℃ 之間。 而其抗張強度在 58-77 MPa 之間,伸率則在 7-10% 之間,初 始模數則在 1.80-1.98GPa 之間,因而所合成出之共聚合體,具有良好的機械性質。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the aromatic polyurea-imide with hetero-cyclic side chain structure copolymer were synthesized with different molar ratio from 4,4'-diphenymethane diisocynate (MDI) and 3,3',4,4'-benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride (BTDA) and aryl ether diamine monomer with hetero-cyclic side chain structure. From the exprimental results, the glass transition temperatures of these copolymers were in the range of 209-239℃ , the tensile strengths were in the range of 58-77Mpa, the elongations at break were in the range of 7-10% and the initialmodulus of copolymer films were in the range of 1.80-1.98Gpa. From the results, the copolymer we synthesized has excellent mechanical properties. |
