英文摘要 | 本文應用銷一盤接觸裝置探討高分子材料與金屬在單一滑動方向之摩擦與磨耗試 驗。 塑膠銷由商用聚乙烯材料作成,金屬盤由 430C不鏽鋼製作。所有測試皆在 100mm/sec 以下之滑動速度執行。結果顯示摩擦-速度特性在零速度附近具有正斜率,此顯 著特性乃是高分子材料-金屬滑動接觸可以避免滯滑運動之原因。本文研究中發現最少磨耗損 失存在於某個 pv 值之間。 zero velocity in the friction-speed characteristic curve. This significant feature is the cause to prevent the occurrence of stick-slip motion in the polymer-metal sliding contact. Minimum wear loss existing at some range of pv product is found in the present investigation. |
