| 中文摘要 | 依據國際航空運輸協會(IATA)十五年的資料統計,在民航飛機失事的事件中,有73%∼75%是由於人為失誤所致。而人為失誤就其廣義而言,除飛行員的決策失誤和操作失誤之外,另尚包括飛機設計人員失誤、飛機製造人員組裝失誤、飛機檢修人員失誤以及空中交通管制人員的指揮失誤等。對人為失誤的預防,須從加強管理和人員素質的訓練、減少決策性失誤和操作性失誤。加強對飛行員的心理選拔、駕駛艙資源管理的培訓及航空效學的研究,建立人的因素數據庫,實現信息資源共用等著手。 |
| 英文摘要 | According to the 15 years statistics of International Aviation Transport Association (IATA), 73% to 75% of the civil flight accidents are caused by human error. In broad definition, beside pilots erroneous decision making and operation, also include errors caused by engineers, wrong setup of the airplane, errors caused by examiners and repairers and air traffic control...etc. In order to prevent human errors, management must be strengthened as well as the quality of the staff, to reduce errors in decision making and operation. To reinforce psycological choice of the pilots, resouce management training in the cockpit and research of aviation efficiency studies, to build up human factor data list, to realize the sharing of utilizing messages, resources...etc. |
