中文摘要 | 嗜中性白血球細胞質抗體(ANCA)自從Wiik 1980年被發表與關節病變之關係後, 目前已證明它在不同的血管炎及自體免疫病病有其重要之角色,無論在臨床診斷、抗體特性、 抗原之分析、致病之機轉都有快速之進展。ANCA可分為C-ANCA及P-ANCA,C-ANCA 之抗原為proteinase 3.P-ANCA之主要抗原為Myeloperoxidase, C-ANCA主要出現在 Wegener's granulomatosis, 而P-ANCA則出現在部份之腎小球腎炎及一些血管炎。它已成為 臨床醫師及學者對研究嗜中性白血球之溶菌酵素(lysosomal enzyme)之重要題目。 |
英文摘要 | Antibodies to neutrophil cytoplasmic antigens (ANCA) have been extensively described as sensitive and specific markers for systemic vasculitis and crescentic glomerulonephritis. At least two types of ANCA can be distinguished: C-ANCA and P-ANCA. The antigen for C-ANCA is proteinase3. The main antigen for P-ANCA is Myeloperoxidase. C-ANCA is strongly associated with Wegener's granulomatesis. P-ANCA is associated with cresecentic glomerulonephritis and other forms of vasculitis. The detection of ANCA in sera from vasculitis and other meumatic diseases is of immunodiagnostic value and provides new insight in the pathogenesis of systemic vasculitides. |
