英文摘要 | Undrained creep test results of Taipei silty clays are studied to develop a creep model which can predict the critical stress level Dcr and the tertiary creep. Test re-sults of Taipei silty clay and Haney clay are compared with predictions calculated by this empirical model. Results show that the empirical model can reasonably calculate the evolution of the axial strain and the axial strain rate as a function of time. Especially, this em-pirical model can simulate the tertiary part of the creep very well. The critical stress level Dcr is found to be decreasing with increased OCR values. This paper also provide a quantitative method of evaluating this critical stress level. |
