中文摘要 | 飛灰是燃煤電廠無可避免的會產生環保問題的副產品,最好的解 決辦法是加以有效的利用;除直接利用飛灰外,最好的辦法就是改進 品質,作更有價值的利用,而降低飛灰中的未燃碳量則是目前最重 要的改進工作。飛灰的物性和成份,因煤源、燃燒方式及機組運轉情 況等因素而變化多端,任何改善飛灰品質的方法,均應適用此一 "多變"的特性。 本研究的目的是將臺電電研所已完成之二套不同型式的飛灰分選 系統,實際在深澳電廠作現場試驗、比較,將飛灰分選技術落實應用 於電廠的目標更向前推進一步。就深澳電廠試驗結果顯示,以150∼ 200mesh網目篩選飛灰,為目前整體利用飛灰之最佳選擇。 |
英文摘要 | Fly ash is an unavoidable environmental trouble making by-product of a coal fired thermo-power plant. The best way to solve the problem is to beneficiate it. Besides using fly ash directly, it is better to improve its quality to get more benefit from it. The msot important work of improvement by now is to reduce the unburned carbon in fly ash. Since both chemical and physical properties of fly ash definitely depend on coal source, burning method and operating conditions, any quality improving system must fulfill the "changing" character. The objective of this study is to run and compare two different fly ash benefication systems in Shenao power sation to push one more step to the technics of upgrading coal ash in the power station. From the result of the experiments, screening with 150∼200mesh screen is the best choice for the total utilization of Shenao fly ash. |
