中文摘要 | 本研究將探討不同比例的碳醯基鐵鎳粉末經燒結後, 其物理特性與結構之變化關 係。 實驗結果顯示添加鎳( 10-20wt %)在純鐵中可以抑制晶粒的成長同時固溶強化了鐵 基地,因此增進了合金的緻密性及硬度。隨著鎳含量的增加在含鎳 30wt %左右產生鐵基α 及γ相, 含鎳 40wt %則是鐵基及鎳基γ相共存,50wt %後則漸漸轉為鎳基γ相同時開始 產生較大的孔洞。而雙相區的產生是由於擴散不夠完全而造成,其結果使得在 1350 ℃的燒 結條件下,其相對緻密度降為 90 %以下, 硬度降為 HRB50 左右,而飽合磁感應則降低到 4kG 左右。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, the microstructural evolution and physical properties of Fe-Ni binary alloys were studied using carbonyl iron and carbonyl nickel powders. With respect to pure iron, iron alloyed with 10 to 20 wt% nickel showed substantial increases in sintered density and hardness, as a result of a solution hardening effect of nickel on the BCC iron phase. With an alloying concentration of 30 wt% nickel, BCC and FCC iron phase coexisted in the microstructure. The magnetic inductance of this alloy thus declined. At 40wt% nickel, the microstructure of the alloy evolved into a mixture of FCC iron and FCC nickel solid solutions. As nickel increased to 50wt%, the microstructure changed completely to FCC nickel solid solution. |
