中文摘要 | 本研究建立了以高效液相層析法檢驗農產品中比多農(bitertanol)殘留量之方法,並進行市售大漿果類、梨果類及乾豆類計十件農產品之抽樣調查,以確認此方法之可行性。本檢驗法係以丙酮為抽出溶媒,抽出液經減壓濃縮至無丙酮後,以乙酸乙酯:正己烷(9:1, v/v)溶液萃取,減壓濃縮後以甲醇溶解,或經矽酸鎂固相萃取匣(florisil cartridge)淨化後以高效液相層析儀配合螢光檢出器進行分析。香蕉檢體不需層析匣淨化,而蘋果及紅豆檢體則需經矽酸鎂固相萃取匣淨化。層析管為Lichrospher 60 RP-Select B,移動相為乙:水(60:40, v/v),於激發波長270nm及發射波長325nm偵測,此條件下比多農之滯留時間(retention time)約為6.9分鐘。添加比多農於香蕉中0.50~1.50ppm、蘋果中0.25~0.75ppm及紅豆中0.05~0.15ppm,回收率分別為85.2~93.8%、87.2~91.1%及84.7~87.1%,變異係數皆小於3.0%。最低檢出限量為0.02ppm。以建立之檢驗方法分析市售檢體,香蕉、蘋果及紅豆計十件皆未檢出比多農。 |
英文摘要 | A method using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for the determination of residual bitertanol in agricultural products was developed. The residual bitertanol was extracted from samples with acetone. The solvent was evaporated to dryness, NaCl solution was added and partitioned with ethyl acetate: n-hexane (9:1, v/v). The organic layer was evaporated and the residue was dissolved in methanol by HPLC-fluorescene detection. Cleaning up with a florisil cartridge was necessary for apple and red bean samples, but not for banana samples. Separation was performed on a Lichrospher 60 RP-Select B column with acetonitrile: H2O (60:40, v/v) as the mobile phase, and bitertanol was detected by a fluorescence detector at Ex 270 nm and Em 325 nm. Recovery studies were carried out by spiking banana, apple and red bean samples with the bitertanol standard, at the levels of 0.50~1.50, 0.25~0.75 and 0.05~0.15 ppm, respectively. The recoveries were 85.2~93.8% (banana), 87.2~91.1% (apple) and 84.7~87.1% (red bean), respectively. The detection limit was 0.02 ppm. The developed method was employed to analyse 10 commercial samples for its applicability. No residual bitertanol was detected in these samples. |
