中文摘要 | 本論文提出一新的適用於工地現場之簡易超音波非破壞性檢測法,可對於使用鋼板進行貼片補強的混凝土結構的粘接情形進行評估,並將粘接不完全的部份以掃瞄方式顯像。此一方法主要是基於超音波在鋼板--樹脂和鋼板--空氣間的反射振幅與頻譜不同的理論來作為評估的標準。實驗証明此一方法可將小區域之脫裂或樹脂灌注不足之處顯示出來,以提供施工及工程驗收人員一種定量的評估依據。 |
英文摘要 | An ultrasonic method is employed to detect the bonding between an epoxy-bonded steel plate and a concrete structure. A simple criterion is proposed on the basis of the amplitude and spectra of multiple reflection echoes from layers of the steel plate, the adhesive and the void. Test results show that this method is useful in detecting a small debonding zone and is easily applied to examining the rehabilitation quality of concrete structures strengthened by a steel plate. |
