中文摘要 | 本研究以國立嘉義師範學院民雄校區女性教職員工二十名為研究對象, 自民國八十五年三月二十四日至六月二十二日止,為期三個月,每週一、週三下午三時三十 分起至四時三十分止,施以非最大強度規律運動訓練。經由為期三個月實驗、採血與資料整 理後, 獲得以下結論: 一、在歷經十二週的規律運動之後, 向球比容明顯的由 38.55 ± 2.417 上升至 40.80 ± 2.016,並達到顯著水準。 推斷有可能是因持續十二週的規律運動 ,使得身體耗氧需求增加,組血球數目為適應身體活動變化 (adaptation) 因而增加,間接 造成前後測血球比容的顯著差異。 二、運動前後之血中尿素氮比較, 後測之平均值 13.15 略高於前測之平均值 11.95 , 並且後測平均值高於一般人之正常值 (每一百毫升血液中含 八到十二毫克 ) ,但在本研究中統計值並未達到顯著水準。 三、規律運動前後肌酸酐之比 較中發現, 運動後之血中肌酸酐平均 0.981 顯著低於運動前肌酸酐值 1.084,雖統計數值 達到顯著,但其前後測平均值均在人體正常合理範圍內。本研究結果初步認為健康婦女從事 為期三個月之非最大強度規律運動訓練,對腎功能並不會產生不良影響。 |
英文摘要 | The kidney is one of the vital organs in the living body, second only to the liver, that is closely related to muscle activity. During exercise, a part of the by-products released from muscle metabolism is filtrated or eliminated via the kidney. Thus, when regular exercise of submaximal intensity is carried out over a long period of time, the consequent changes incurred on the kidney's function should be taken into consideration. This study involves twenty healthy female volunteers aged between 18 to 40 years old covering a period of three months. The volunteers perform regular exercise twice a week with each session lasting for an hour. Hematocrit, BUN and creatinine values are measured at the beginning of the study and after the end of the entire study to observe and evaluate the changes in renal function. The results of the study are as follows: 1.After 12 weeks of regular exercise, hematocrit has risen significantly from 38.55 ± 2.417 to 40.80 ± 2.016. An explanation to this change could be due to the increase need for oxygen in the body thus leading to the rise in red blood cells. 2.A slight increase from 11.95 to 13.15 in BUN is observed in the volunteers, which is higher than the normal value. However, this change in not significant in this study. 3.Creatinine values drop from 1.084 to 0.981 in this research but since both values fall within the normal range, it is suggested that the glomerular filtration rate is unaffected. The main findings of the study reveal that the renal function of the healthy females cannot be harmed by engaging in regular exercise of submaximal intensity. |
