中文摘要 | 大林電廠現有四臺7OO1B氣渦輪機,廢熱改善方式係裝置廢熱鍋爐於氣渦輪機排 氣端,將廢熱回收為蒸汽,再利用蒸汽作為海水淡化的能源。本研究先評估一臺7001B氣 渦輪機,以廢熱回收鍋爐煙囪排氣溫度200℃為考慮基準,則一臺氣渦輪機可回收641O□ kcal/hr(268、10□KJ/hr)的蒸汽,相當於可產生921.8 Ton/hr淡水的海水淡化廠所需能 量。若四臺氣渦輪機全部裝置廢熱鍋爐回收廢熱,則可產生的368 Ton/hr的淡水,對於改 善大林電廠及大林蒲地區旱季的缺水問題,效果極為顯著。為考慮海水淡化廠運轉之可靠 性,擬於初期先行裝設4T 1500之海水淡化設備一座,配合廢熱鍋爐,並額外購置一臺 500RT之吸收式冷凍機,所需投資費用約新臺幣109,000,000元。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to plan a desalting facility for the recovery of the exhaust waste heat from a gas turbine. The waste heat will be used to generate steam which can be the heat source of the seawater desalting facility. This shall solve the problem of heat pollution from gas turbine and the fresh wrater can be used as plant cooling water and even sold to the community. The main procedures of this study include: (1) collection of information (includiing desalting and heat recovery technology), (2)evaluationis of the ways of steam generation and desalting processes, (3)economic study of the whole system. (4)planning of a 1,500T per day desalting facility and two 50ORT/hr absorption chillers. |
