中文摘要 | 複動化多軸鍛造製程是目前鍛造技術之發展趨勢,而主要方式有二:其一為購置 價格昂貴之專用複動化鍛機,另一為設計複動化模組,來達到省料化及減少加工道次的目的 。本文將由平面機械運動學的觀點根據複動模組之運動特性,說明連桿機構用於複動化鍛造 模組時的設計方法,同時,探討機構之運動分析模式,以完成電腦輔助系統的發展。最後, 本文設設一套上下分割水平複動之鍛造模組,裝載於一般傳統鍛機上,並用三通管件為例, 進行塑性黏土之鍛品試製,期能驗證理論模式的可行性。 |
英文摘要 | Currently, there are two main ways for the implementation of multi-cored forging concept. One is using a special forging equipment with some auxiliary forging rams built besides, and the other is using a MAF die set. Both of them can reduce not only the material used but also the post-engineering processes. The linkage type MAF die set is simply a special auxiliary system which can be easily fixed into a traditional forging press. The object of this paper is to introduce the design procedure from the view points of kinematics and dynamics of planar machinery. A new linkage type MAF die set whcih is divided into the type of horizontal spilt die with horizontal punches is designed in the article. Moreover, a computer aided tool with a very friendly man-machine interface is developed and the main structure will also be described. At last, a simulation model for a three-way valve is created to prove the reliability of the linkage type MAF die set. |
