中文摘要 | 近年來我國經濟持續成長,用水量急遽增加,且受國內自然環境限制,民眾環保 意識日益抬頭,傳統的水資源開發已日趨困難,造成局部地區用水短缺,故尋找替代水源以紓 解水資源短缺壓力已成為日後重要研究課題。臺灣是一個多雨地區,故自建築物的屋頂收集雨 水,以供自來水補充水源是一項極俱潛力之替代水源,且雨水易於取得又無水權爭議,目前 此系統在國外已大量被使用、推廣,而此系統大小規模取決於需水量、降雨、集流面積、貯 蓄容量和投資成本。 本文首先考慮不同需水量、集流面積與貯蓄容量,以臨界期距法(Critical period technique)進行模擬,並在不同需水量條件下,建立臺灣地區21縣市、臺北市及高雄市雨水 貯留供水系統容量-集水面積-供水率的關係式,作為各縣市政府推動雨水貯留供水系統的依 據。 |
英文摘要 | With the sustained growth of economy in this country, water demand has been increased at an alarming rate. On top of the added natural environment restrictions and public awareness of environmental protection, the traditional water resource development approach has encountered many problems that resulted in water supply shortage in many regions. Exploration of alternative water sources to alleviate deficient water resource has become the top research priority in the near future. Taiwan is a rainfall-abundant country. Using rainwater catchment at building rooftops should be a potential feasible solution to supplement public water supply. The water right controversy does not exist with the easily collected rainwater. It has been widely used and promoted in many foreign countries. The size of catchment system depends on the water demand, hydrologic conditions and the cost and benefit of the investment. This paper initially examines the demand and hydrologic conditions. The water input is simulated using the Critical Period Technique. The relationships between storage capacity, catchment area, and water supply ratio are established under different water demand conditions for 21 Counties in Taiwan area, Taipei City and Kaohsiung City. This information would be useful and essential for the County and City Governments to promote the rainwater catchment systems. |
