中文摘要 | 本文之目的係由現場調查與分析,研究本省中部地區,包括苗栗縣,臺中縣,南 投縣,彰化縣及雲林縣五個地區之土石流現況及其特性。首先進行此五縣市內之土石流危險 溪流現場調查,經確認苗栗縣有 33 條, 臺中縣有 15 條, 南投縣有 64 條,彰化縣有 3 條,及雲林縣有 4 條,此五縣市共計有 119 條曾有土石流發生過。而危險溪流之地形特性 經分析後統計,溪流坡度大部份分佈於 10 度至 25 度之間,佔總數之 82%,溪流長度集中 於 500 公尺至 2500 公尺之間,佔總數之 81%,另外集水面積則以 10 至 170 公頃之間, 佔總數之 68%。其次,就降雨與土石流發生間之關係進行分析,得知在本研究調查區曾發生 土石流之暴雨中,而以 23mm/hr 為其下限值,但皆小於其 5 年頻率年降雨量 72mm/hr。最 後,將土石流之土砂流出量與集水區之地形因子作一分析,同時推估本研究區域土石流在溪 床上通過所之侵深度約在 1.3~4m 之間。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presents the study of the debris flow in the Yunlin, Changhua, Taichung, Nantu and Miaoli counties through both field investigation and analysis. Field investigationon streams with high potentials for the debris flow to happen in these counties is conducted first. As a result, a total of 119 streams are found to have experienced of the debris flow in the past. Analyzing the geographical characteristics of these streams, it is intersting to find that most of the slopes about 82 percent are between 10 to 25 degree, almost 81 percent of the streams have the length from 500 to 2500 meter, and 69 percent of watershed area between 10 to 170 hectares. The relationship between the precipitation and debris flow was analyzed. During the happened of debris flow in past, the minimum intensify is 23 mm/hr, the range lays below the Taichung area precipitation record 72mm/hr with return period of 5 years. Finally, the quantity of the debris is connected to the size of watershed area. And the erosion depths on the stream bed are estimated to be 1.3 to 4 m. |
