中文摘要 | 利用焚化方法處理都市垃圾為目前的趨勢,然而垃圾焚化後之灰渣若能有效的再 利用,將可更進一步達到資源利用和環保的要求,因此本研究除探討垃圾焚化底灰的材料 特性,並利用底灰與建築砂摻配的方法,研究底灰作為混凝土細骨材的可行性。研究結果顯 示垃圾焚化底灰為吸水率較高且為鹼性的材料,含有大量的水溶性氯離子及有機物,在應用 時需較多的拌合水才可達要求的工作性,且成砂漿試體有緩凝的現象。 經 X 光繞射分析後 ,發現底灰中含有鋁金屬,會與水泥的水化產物反應產生氫氣,且底灰中之有機物在分解 後會產生甲烷,造成砂漿試體產生大量的孔隙及裂縫,會降低試體的強度及增加膨脹量,因 此垃圾焚化底灰不宜直接用於建築用之鋼筋混凝土。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research was to study the physical and chemical properties of bottom ash from refuse incinerators and the feasibitlity of using it as fine aggregate in concrete. Results showed that the bottom ash was an alkali material containing a great amount of water-soluble chloride. Since the bottom ash had a high capacity of water absorption, more water was needed to attain required mortar workability. High organic content resulted in delayed setting of mortar. A certain amount of aluminum was found in the ash by X-ray diffraction analysis. Aluminum could react with OH �� in the pore solution of the mortar to form hydrogen. The disassociation of organics could also produce CH ��, resulting in cracks and voids in the mortar sample. Therefore, the compressive strength of the mortar was reduced and the amount of expansion was increased. In conclusion, the bottom ash was an unsuitable fine aggregate material for reinforced concrete. |
