中文摘要 | 台灣產苦櫧屬植物僅卡氏櫧(Castanopsis carlesii)分布全省,其餘為區域或局 分布;本屬植物外部形態變異極大。本研究利用同功酵素電泳分析,藉以了解其變異範圍, 以解決分類上的問題及了解其遺傳變異。自全省取得 29 個族群樣本, 分析五種同功酵素, 推估 7 個基因座。 由遺傳距離樹狀圖顯示可分為九群,配合形態、生態及地理分布等相關 資料,處理為九個種。其中卡氏櫧與單刺櫧 (C.stipitata) 之遺傳相似度高達 0.98,葉部 形態呈連續性變異,地理分布亦連續,合併為同一種; 短刺櫧 (C.fabri) 與草野氏櫧 (C. kusanoi) 之遺傳相似度為 0.808,處理為兩個種;淋漓 (C.uraiana) 與本屬之遺傳相似度 為 0.67,併入苦櫧屬。 遺傳變異方面,各基因座平均等位基因數介於 1.571~ 2.286 之間 、多型性基因座比例為 0.571~0.818、 異結合性期望值為 0.143~0.362、各基因座之總歧 異度為 0.146~0.423、族群間遺傳歧異度為 0.006~0.066、遺傳分化係數為 0.091~0.176, 顯示本屬植物具有較高的遺傳岐異度,且遺傳變異主要來自族群內。 |
英文摘要 | Many errors and omissions concerning Taiwan's native species of Castanopsis exist in nomenclature and identification. Therefore, this study was carried out mainly based on electrophoretic analyses of isozymes. Five enzyme systems presumed to be encoded by seven loci were examined on 29 populations of Castanopsis of the island. The results of this study were summarized as follows:(1)According to the dendrogram produced by cluster analysis based on distance matrix, all populations can be divided into nine groups. Based on data of morphological characteristics, ecological characteristics, and geographical distribution, the formosan Castanopsis can be demarcated into nine species. (2)The genetic identity between C. carlesii and C. stipitata are very high, the average value is 0.98. They possess similar leaf charactertics and continuous distribution area and could be treated as the same species. (3)The genetic identity value between C. fabri and C. kusanoi is 0.808. It is proper to treat them as distinct species. (4)The genetic identity between C. urainana and other specise of genus Castanopsis is 0.67.Based on this result, it is better to treat this species as a member of the genus Castanpsis. (5)The average number of alleles per locus range from 1.571~2.286. The proportion of polymorphic loci range from 0.571~0.818. Expected heterozygosity range from 0.143~0.362. Total gene diversity of a locus rangs from 0.146 to 0.423. The gene diversity among populations rangs from 0.006 to 0.066. The proportion. of interpopulation gene differentiation rang from 0.091 to 0.176. The results indicate that there is a high value of genetic diversity in Castanopsis and which mainly existed within populations. |
