英文摘要 | □CU is a positron emitting isotope which is obtained from the constant elution of □Zn/□Cu radionuclide generator, and used currently to provide the desirable radiopharinaceuticals for diagnostic studies in nuclear medicine. Copper is also a biologically active element in human organ that the strong chelating ability allows it to participate in biologic transport reactions. A large of the relevant biologic copper complexes reported in the literature have been synthesized and characterized. In this paper, a systematic review for the production of the parent isotope, □Zn, as well as the generator system, the studies of coordination chemistry of copper complexes in conjunction with the uses of some well-developed □Cu radiophartnaceuticals are briefly described. Hopefully, this survey may give some helps to the development of □Cu radiopharinaceuticals in domestic in the future. |
