中文摘要 | 為維持社會秩序,增進公共利益,確保人民生命財產之安全,中華電信公司已研發建置警消110/119緊急呼叫受理與派遣系統,本系統提出三項新服務:一個以ISDN CENTREX交換機為基礎作為集中受理民眾110/119報案的話務中心(Call Center)新服務;提供縣市警察局、消防局同步顯示報案人之電話號碼(ANI)及報案人之地址(ALI)新服務;以及受理民眾報案後,即時啟動多方群呼派遣(Call Multi-casting)新服務,同步下達派遣令至所有相關分局(隊),達到受理與派遣合一之即時作業功能。 |
英文摘要 | To maintain the society security, public interests and to ensure people's lives and properties, Chunghwa Telecom has constructed a Police/Fire 110/119 emergency call reception and dispatching service system. Three new services are proposed in this system. All the 110/119 Emergency Calls are routed to the ISDN Centrex switch based Call Center in the Police/Fire bureau and then processed efficiently. Based on the ISDN Centrex switch system, the services of automatic number identification (ANI) and automatic location identification (ALI) which can display caller's telephone number and location to help the police and/or fireman to filter the joking or malicious calls. Not only receiving the emergency calls efficiently but the system can activate Call Multi-casting service to dispatch the remote police/fire stations simulateously. |
