中文摘要 | 本文提出應用於 UPS 脈寬調變換流器( PWM inverter )之全數位式多迴路控制 架構。此一架構採用電壓外迴路配合電流內迴路對脈寬調變換流器之輸出電壓進行調節。本 文在電流內迴路中加入輸出電壓補償迴路,使電流控制器得以免除交流輸出電壓的抗拒干擾 。此外,本文亦在電壓外迴路中利用負載電流回授來抵消因負載變動所造成的輸出電壓擾動 。 控制器之設計係根據正中控制理論( deadbeat control theory ),期使系統具有快速 的暫態響應,而受控系統的時域與頻域特性在文中亦有詳細說明。最後,本文建構以數位訊 號處理器 TMS320C14 為基礎之脈寬調變換流器數位控制系統來進行實測驗證。 模擬與實驗 結果顯示,系統的輸出電壓具有低穩態誤差及快速反應的優點,而電壓失真度亦能符合工業 標準。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presents a fully digital multiple-loop control scheme for the regulation of PWM inverters used in uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). The proposed digital control scheme incorporates an outer voltage loop with an inner current loop to regulate the output voltage of the PWM inverter. The digital controller is designed using deadbeat theory so that the inverter can achieve fast dynamic response. To enhance the robustness of the PWM inverter, an output voltage decoupling mechanism is proposed to improve the performance of the inner current loop. Furthermore, a load disturbance compensation scheme is also developed to remedy the voltage distortion caused by load variation. Both the frequency-domain and time-domain behavior of the proposed control scheme are examined in this paper. A PWM inverter control system based on DSP TMS320C14 was constructed to verify the designed control law. The simulation and experimental results show that the output voltage of the controlled PWM inverter has little distortion even under rough load conditions. |
