中文摘要 | 國軍訓令常說:「沒有體力,就沒有戰力」。可見體能對軍人的重要性。 飛行員在駕機過程中,不免會因為大G力而發生種種的生理變化,進而危及飛行安全;若能 縮短生理變化時效,使飛行員能於最短時間內回復正常狀態,則可大量減少產生生命危險的 機率。培養良好的體能狀況即為改善的方法之一(江國超,民83年)。 本研究動機:期能因瞭解女性飛行專業軍官班(以下簡稱女飛專班)的體能狀況,進而針對 其優缺點,做為擬訂未來體能訓練方向的依據,讓女學員們能於在校受訓的短期間內,鍛鍊 出良好的體能狀態,達到飛行的體能要求。 本研究結果: 一、結訓生的體能遠優於新進學員生的體能狀況。 二、87年班新進學員的體能狀況,除腹肌力項目無異於先前其他年班的新進學員外,其他 三項目(腿部敏捷性、臂肌力及肌耐力、心肺耐力)均較差。 三、體能訓練方向已由原先「完全偏向心肺耐力訓練」,轉為重量訓練與心肺耐力兼顧的全 面發展現象。 四、尚未達到後一年班體能狀況比前一年班優秀的要求。 |
英文摘要 | It is often to say in National Troop Admonition-no strength, no fighting capability. You can see the importance of stamina. During flight, there will be sorts of variations caused by great G-force which could endanger the security of flight. We can shorten phisical variation to make pilot beck to normal as soon as possible and to decrease the possibility of eanger. To train to attain the goal of good strength is one of the best way to do so. Research Motive: Hope to understand stamina of Female Flying Professional Officers. According to the Merit and defect, we can draw up the basis of future training direction. To train to reach the stamina of flight in a very short term. Research Conclusion: 1.Strength of the graduates is much more better than the freshmen. 2.Strength of freshmen of 87-class. Ventral Endurance was the same as other students. Leg Celerity, Arm Endurance, Muscular Endurance and Cardiorespiratory Endurance are worse. 3.The training of strength has turned from Caridiorespiratory Endurance into weighting training and Cardiorespiratory Endurance. We have to take care of all kinds of development. 4.We have not achieve the goal better than last year. |
