英文摘要 | The quality of elementary school principal is an important factor which influences school development and the outcome of national elementary education. To establish an effective pre-service training system for the beginning elementary principals is an essential way to enhance the quality of elementary school principals. The purpose of this paper is to explore the predicament and improving strategies of the current pre-service training system for the beginning elementary school principals. There are three parts in this paper. Firstly, the roles of the elementary school principals during the social change period are examined. Then, the predicament of the current pre-service training system for the beginning elementary school principals is analyzed. Finally, the improving strategies of the predicament are proposed. |
