| 英文摘要 | An edible oil plant with chemical refming process was investigated its water consumption efficiency and wastewater treatment. A water balance diagram for the refining process was established, accordingly. This diagram indicates that cooling water for the barometric condensers at the vacuum systems of bleaching and deodorization should be controlled as the critical check points for water consumption. Wastewater from these outlets contains trace amounts of oils and free fatty acids which makes them difficult to be treated to recycle. Two ceramic membranes with nominal pore size of 0.2 and 0.01 gm, respectively, were chosen to test their performances against the oily wastewater. Comparisons of separation efficacy were conducted under 35 ℃ and 350 kPa transmembrane pressure. Data show that perfneate flux changes only slightly as increasing the oil concentration in the wastewater. Oil concentration in the permeate is able to be controlled below 2.5 ppm for both membranes. Thermal activation energy, AH, calculated from the Arrhenius plots shows no significant difference on temperature-dependence of the permeability coefficients between these two membranes. Both membranes could be used feasibly to separate the oily wastewater. However, this study suggests that ceramic membranes with pore size of 0.2 μm, or below, and working under 34-36 ℃ (temperature of the waste streams) and 300-400 kPa is sufficient to recover oily wastewater from the edible oil refme . |
