| 中文摘要 | 本文提出“產品計測學”的概念,以咖啡杯外形為例,探討產品造形計測及分析的操作模式,以此作為智慧型產品資料庫的基礎。此資料庫可適度地輔助消費者選擇所需要的產品。 作者首先經由所收集的108個咖啡杯圖片樣本,透過前處理及幾何轉換等步驟建立成電腦圖檔,之後在咖啡杯造形描述的部分,將各部位名稱加以定義,分解出四個造形構件,並以反曲點的位置及數量對構件加以分類。而在樣本計測的部分,依構件的特徵分為基本資料及曲線資料加以計測及統計。最後在造形分析的部分,則依據計測所得的結果,對咖啡杯的造形變化範圍加以分析,並計算出平均造形加以探討。藉由造形互相疊合的方式,則可分析咖啡杯造形的群體典型。本文雖是以咖啡杯為例,但此種以產品計測學概念為基礎的產品造形分析模式的原理,也能轉用於其他產品的造形分析。 |
| 英文摘要 | This paper proposes a concept of productometry, with coffee cups as an example, to explore the measurement and analysis of product forms. A total of 108 photos of coffee cups have been collected and processed to make up a picture file. In order to describe the product form, a cup is defined to be composed of four components. The curved components can further be classified according to the position and number of their inflection points. Based on the defined components and curves, all cups are then measured and the results analyzed. The data are then used to calculate an average form of the cup set. A stereotype of the cup set can also be obtained by means of image overlapping. Although the method developed in this paper uses coffee cups as an example, this technique can further be used for form analysis of other products. |
