中文摘要 | 本研究訪視美日等國推行高效率用電器具的情況,配合我國國情,從前瞻性、實 用性、及用電量三方面的衡量標準,選定了國內最具潛力的十項高效率用電器具,分別為窗 型冷氣機、箱型冷氣機、電冰箱、冷凍櫃、電動機、除濕機、洗衣機、電風扇、電子鍋及照 明設備。因為冷凍櫃及除濕機並沒有訂定效率標準,其餘的八項高效率用電器具,依推算84 年共節約288.682百萬度。約佔總體用電量的0.274%。在研擬國內推行節約用電措施的績 效評估法上,我們挑選中華民國重要指標,利用多變量迴歸的方法,建立了其中八項(冷凍 櫃及除濕機除外)個別省電及整體省電之預估模式,可提供電力公司做為未來預測省電之計 算。 |
英文摘要 | This paper aims at analyzing the collected information related to high efficiency applianeces from the United States and Japan. With the considerations of practicality the amount of electricity consumption and the applicability in the future of an appliance, ten potential high efficiency electrical appliances for promoting energy conservation are selected. They are windows air conditioner, box air conditioner, refrigerator, freezer, motor, dehumidifier, washing machine, electric fan, electronic cooker, and illuminating equipment, etc. In this research, an appropriate method is proposed to calculate the electricity saved through using the high efficiency electrical appliances. The total save electricity is about 288.682GWH which is about 0.274% of the total electricity consumed in 1995. A multi-variate regression model for estimating the electricity saved through promoting the use of high efficiency electrical appliances in the future is proposed. |
