中文摘要 | 藉由透過量比(θt)及參透蒸發分離指數(PSI)可探討尼龍四化學接枝膜(DMAEM-g-N4),應用在滲透蒸發分離程序之效能。DMAEM-g-N4薄膜之選擇比及透過率皆高於未改全之尼龍四薄膜。最佳效能之DMAEM-g-N4薄膜為具有12.7%之接枝度,其選擇比、透過率值分吸為28.3、439g/m2.h。在低溫下所有之θ值皆於1。在進料溫度25及40℃下,PSI值皆隨進料中乙醇濃度增加而增加。 |
英文摘要 | The pervaporation performances of N, N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DMAEM) chemical grafted Nylon 4 membrane, DMAEM-g-N4, were studied by measurements of permeation ratio (θt) and pervaporation separation inde (PSI). The water persmelectivity and permeation rate for the chemically modified Nylon 4 membrane wwere higher than those of the unmodified Nylon 4 membrane. Optimum pervaporation results were obtained by DMAEM-g-N4 membrane with a degree of grafting of 12.7% giving separationfacotr 28.3 and permeation rate 439g/m2.h. Allθt values are less than unity at low temperature. The PSI value increases with increasing the ethanol concentration in the feed solution at 25 and 40℃. |
