中文摘要 | 在逐步積分的過程中,為了正確的抓住外力急遽變化的特性,時間步長可能被迫採用小於 滿足精確度的需求,因而大量增加計算所需的時間。在本文中將採用理論分析和數值模擬的方法來 探討時間積分所具有的平滑效應對外力的急遽變化的影響。本研究結果得知時間積分所具有的平滑 效應可有效的克服外力的急遽變化,甚至於在分析波傳導或衝擊問題時,使用小於脈衝作用時間的 時間步長仍可得到相當可靠的解。此一方法並不增加額外的計算量,尤其是它可被應用於一般任何 常用的逐步積分法。因而此技巧在逐步積分法上的應用在此強力推薦。在逐步積分法中,對於外力 急遽變化的理論研究方法將予以建立,其抓住外力急遽變化特性的能力與結構系統的自然週期對外 作用力週期的比值有密切的關連亦將在此證實。 |
英文摘要 | In order to keep track of the rapid changes of dynamic loading, the size of time step used in a direct integration method might be much smaller than that required by the accuracy consideration. That the smoothing effect of time integration can be used to smooth out the rapid changes of dynamic loading is verified herein both theoretically and numerically. In addition, this technique can be very effective in solving the wave propagation problem or impact problem since it can lead to accurate solutions even though the used integration time step is larger than the duration of the impulse. The study shows that the time integration technique does not involve any extra computational effort. Furthermore, it seems that this technique is applicable to the currently available direct integration methods without encountering any difficulty. Thus, incorporating the smoothing effect of time integration technique into a direct integration method is strongly recommended in the time history analysis. It has also been found that the capability to capture the rapid changes of dynamic loading for the direct integration methods is closely related to the ratio of the natural vibration period to the applied driving period. |
