中文摘要 | 本研究以實驗的方式測量了人體於高頻率下的持續物料抬舉能力,此人體的抬 舉能力以持續工作時間來表示。研究之變數考慮了三種抬舉負重(10kg,15kg,20kg)、三 種抬舉範圍(由地面抬至指節高(FK)、由指節高抬至肩高(KS)、由地面抬至肩高(FS))及三 種抬舉頻率(7.5次/分、6次/分及5次/分)。本研究發現以下的結果:人體抬舉持續時間會 隨著抬舉負重或抬舉頻率的增加而遞減;且在低負重下,KS之抬舉形態一般皆比FS之抬舉 型態有較長的抬舉持續時間。此外,對每分鐘六次左右之人體抬舉持續時間值,可由抬舉 頻率間之比值做良好的估計。 |
英文摘要 | This study measured human materials lifting endurance capabilities under high lifting frequencies. In this study, human lifting capabilities were represented by endurance time. Three lifting loads (10kg, 15kg, 20kg), three lifting ranges (floor to knuckle height (FK), knuckle to shoulder height (KS), floor to shoulder height (FS)) and three lifting frequencies (7.5 lifts/min, 6 lifts/min, 5 lifts/min) were considered in this study. This study finded the results as below: as lifting loads or frequencies increased, human lifting endurance time decreased. Also, under low lifting loads, the KS lifting endurance time was generally greater than that of FS's. Moreover, for lifting frequencies around six lifts/min, lifting endurance time could be estimated satisfactory by the frequency ratio. |
