中文摘要 | 臺灣的建築物逐漸地往高空發展,對於空調用之中、高壓後傾式離心扇需求日 殷,因此為提高風機設計之能力,急需有關於風機設計方面的資料。回顧以往後傾式離心 扇的研究,可發現多數是集中在流場分析及效率預測方面,對於風機設計方面的文獻可以 說是付之闕如。因此本文的目的是希望結合理論與實驗的方法,建立一套設計後傾式離心 扇之模式。在理論方面,本文採用Eck所推薦的一維半經驗方法(one-dimensional seml- empihcal method),設計出流量為1073cfm、靜壓為1.13in.wg的後傾式離心扇葉輪;再配 合實驗的方式,針對葉輪的寬度以及內徑進行修正。實驗之設備與方法,則完全採用AMCA 210-85之規範。實驗結果顯示,經過實驗修正後的葉輪,其最高效率可達84%.相對之流 量及靜壓分別為l000cfm和1.2in.wg,和設計值相比較,其結果是令人滿意的。 |
英文摘要 | Recently, substantial demands for building ventilation has generated increasing attention to the design of backward inclined (B.I.) centrifugal fans. However, major efforts are concerned with better understandings of the flowfield and its performance prediction, with few reports focus on the design scheme. An attempt is set forth in this paper to establish a design scheme that is comprised of theoretical and experimental means. First, the rotor is determined based on the one-dimensional, semi- empirical method proposed by Eck. Then the inlet diameter and width of the rotor are modified according to the experimental verification performed in an AMCA standard test chamber. As a result of these efforts, a satisfactory total efficiency as high as 84% is reached at the design point. Also, an extensive discussion of this design scheme is provided. |
