中文摘要 | 本文在室內進行研究雞糞對蟲生線蟲Steinernema carpocapsae存活及對蠟蛾致 病力之影響。於砂質壤土及砏質壤土中,不論是否添加雞糞,出現在培養皿蓋內表面之線 蟲總數都顯著高於自土中粹取的線蟲數。在研質壤土中所粹取的線蟲數自接種後42天開始 下降,至84天皆降至零。在砂質壤土中,則添加雞糞組於各取樣日所粹取之數目皆少於非 添加組。在砂質壤土中,非添加組(即線蟲單獨處理組)於接種後42天則蠟蛾死亡率由100 %降至56%,第63天則降至36%,84天後降至零。而添加組(線蟲及雞糞)蠟蛾死亡率則於 接種42天後即由100%降至12%,第68天降至4%。二種土壤不管是否添加雞糞至第84天皆 降至零。研質壤土處理組於接種64天後仍維持100%死亡率。 |
英文摘要 | The impact of poultry manure on the survival and pathogenicity of the entomopathogenic nematode, Steinernema carpocapsae was conducted in laboratory. There were greater numbers of nematodes on the inner surface of the lid of plates than extracted from each treated soil during the experimental period. The extracted numbers of S. carpocapsae started to decline from day 42 and dropped to zero on day 84 in both treated silty loams. The extracted numbers of S. carpocapsae from amended soil in various sampling dates were lower than that of non-amended soil. The Galleria mortality in the nematode without manure treatments dropped from lOO% to 56% on day42,and to 36% on day 63 and to zero in coarse sandy loam. The Galleria mortality dropped from 92% to 12% on day 42 and to 4% on day 63 in coarse sandy loam with manure. The Galleria mortality remained 100% until day 63 in both treated silty Loam soils. No mortality was obtained on day 84 in two soil types after treatment. |
