中文摘要 | 在1992年秋作,以34個烏豆品種(系)為材料,在行距4Ocmx1Ocm下進行試驗,探 討各品種(系)產量組成性狀、豆仁化學組成特性之變異,並藉由相關分析究明各性狀間之 關係,試驗結果如下: 1.產量組成性狀在各品種(系)間很大的差異,各性狀之變異以總莢數、單株籽粒數較 大,百粒重較小。 2.各品種(系)均含有大量之蛋白質、醣類及粗脂肪,豆仁一般組成份在品種(系)間以 粗脂肪、蛋白質及總醣量變異較大,灰分、水分變異較小。所有參試品種蛋白質肢基酸組 成以Glutamic acid及Aspartic acid最多;脂肪酸組成中以亞油酸(LinoIeic acid)及油 酸(Oleic acid)最多。 3.產量組成性狀中之總莢數、單株籽粒數、單株籽粒產量與總醣量呈正相關,與蛋白 質呈負相關。 4.產量組成性狀中之總莢數、單株籽粒數、單株籽粒產量與粗脂肪之關係不密切;但 與油酸呈負相關,與亞油酸及亞麻油酸呈正相關。 |
英文摘要 | Thirty four varieties(lines) of black soybean, grown in the fall of 1992 were use to study the variations and correlations of yield component characters and chemical composition characteristics. Results were summarized as follows: Yield component characters showed great differences among the varieties ( lines). The variation in total pod number, seed number was larger than that in 100-seed weight. All varieties(lines) were rich in protein, saccharides and crude fat. The chemical composition characteristics in crude f at, cellulose, protein and saccharides showed great differences among the varieties (lines). Glutamine acid, Aspartic acid Iinoleic acid and oleic acid were comparatively higher for all varieties(lines). The relationships between total pod number and saccharides, seed number and saccharides seed yield and saccharides, seed yield and saccharids showed significant by positive correlations. However, the relationships between total pod number and protein, seed number and protein, seed yield and protein showed significant by negative correlations. The relationships between total pod number and crude fat, seed number and crude fat seed yield and crude fat, showed nonsignificant correlations. The relationships between total pod number and oleic acid, seed number and oleic acid, seed yield and oleic acid showed significant by negative correlations. The relationships between total pod number and linoleic acid, seed number and linoleinic acid seed yield and linoleic acid, total pod number and linoleinic acid, seed number and linoleinic acid seed yield and linoleinic acid showed singificant by positive correlations. |
