中文摘要 | 為瞭解臺灣野生大豆G. dolichocarpa臺東族群與G.tomentella臺中及屏東族群間 之植物特性和同功�t變異。 於 1989 年至臺中成功嶺、 屏東貓鼻頭及臺東東河地區採集 G.dolichocarpa 與 G.tomentella 的種子,並種植在臺中中興大學。 在生育期間調查各族 群之植物特性及同功�t的遺傳變異。 結果顯示除花序長度外,G.dolichocarpa 臺東族群的 葉、 莖、 花、 莢及種子等外表性狀明顯異於 G.tomentella 的臺中及屏東族群。 且 G.tomentella 的臺中與屏東 2 族群間之外表性狀亦有顯著差異。由分群分析和主成分分析 ,得知同一族群的參試植株均聚集在同一集團,且與其他族群之參試植株明顯地區分開。又 由同功�t電泳分析顯示 G.dolichocarpa 與 G.tomentella 種間之同功�t變異有顯著差異, 但 G.tomentella 之臺中與屏東族群間之個體有重疊現象。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study were 1) to understand interspecific variation between Glycine dolichocarpa and G.tomentella, and 2) to understand intraspecific variation of G.tomentella and G.dolichocarpa. Seeds from three populations (one population of G.dolichocarpa collected from Taitung county and another two populations of G.tomentella collected from Taichung and Pingtung county, respectively) were collected, and planted in Taichung to investigate the variation of plant characteristics and isozyme among populations. All plant morphological traits, except inflorensence length were significantly different between G.tomentella and G.dolichocarpa. In G.tomentella, the significant difference of morphological traits, except inflorensence length were significantly different between G.tomentella and G.dolichocarpa. In G.tomentella, the significant diffeence of morphological traits were also detected betweeen Taichung and Pingtung population. According to the result of cluster analysis and principal component analysis, sampling plants collected from the same population were all joined in the same group, and were separated from the other populations. The interspecific variation at isozyme was detected between G.dolichocarpa and G.tomentella, and intraspecific variation among population of Taichung and Pingtung were also found in G.tomentella. |
