中文摘要 | 本文分析行政院環保署十九處之空氣品質監測站中,選取北、中、南及東部共五 個監測站之全年電腦儲存資料,並以二氧化硫 (SO �� )、氮氧化物 (NOx) 及臭氧 (O �� ) 三種污染物為研究對象,分別以不同之採樣頻率,透過數理統計關係式,計算各種採樣精密 度 (Precision Associated with Sampling) 和統計量 (Ststistics), 結果顯示無論採取 80% 及 95% 之信賴度 (Degree of Confidence),採樣精密度隨採樣頻率之增加而上升,對 於同一採樣頻率而言,五個監測站之採樣精密度隨信賴度之增大而降低,,觀察每一種不同 之採樣頻率及信賴度,得知污染物濃度變動愈大,其採樣精密度愈低,故採樣精密度可做為 擬定空氣品質監測站規格及資料管理評估之基礎。 |
英文摘要 | A study on the precision associated with sampling of air pollutant measurements was conducted based on the ambient air quality data of EPA, selected from five out of the nineteen monitoring stations including the northern, middle, southern and eastern regions. Besides, we also evaluated three air pollutants of SO �� NOx and O �� concentration to calculate various precisions associated with sampling and statistics based on different sampling frequencies on the basis of the theoretical statistic equations. The results show that on the basis of the 80% and 95% degree of confidence, the precision associated with sampling of air pollution measurements was increased by the addition of frequencies. However, as to the same sampling frequency, the precision associated with sampling of the five ambient air quality monitoring stations was decreased when the degree of confidence was expanded. From every different sampling frequency and degree of confidence, we know that the precision associated with sampling was lower when the variation of pollutant concentration was greater. the precision associated with sampling is basic to making the specification of the ambient air quality monitoring stations and evaluation of data quality. |
