中文摘要 | 在本論文中,提出以模糊理論方法作發電動態經濟調度。所考慮的調度問題包含在不確定負載下發電機組的最佳發電量及發電機組發電提昇率的限制及系統備輚容量的需求。此法的特點是將預測的負載的不準確性考慮進來,以模糊集合表示法表示。此法優於傳統方法是在於傳統方法並未將負載的預測誤差考慮進來。在不確定的環境下,去得到最佳發電調度,模糊模型將負載、備輚容量及成本以模糊集合方法來表示。此法已成功的應用於芋一系統上,由結果顯示,此法應用於發電動態經濟調度的優點。 |
英文摘要 | new approach is proposed for solving the dynamic economic dis-patch generation problem using a fuzzy-based method. This paper consid-ers dispatch problems that involve the allocation of system generation op-timally among generating units while tracking an uncertain load curve and observing power rate limits of th eunits, system spinning reserve require-ments. A characteristic feature of the presented approach is that the error in the forecasted loads can be taken into account by using fuzzy set nota-tions, making the approach superior to the conventional method in which the loads are assumed to be exactly known and there exist no errors in the forecasted loads. To reach an optimal generation allocation under the un-certain environment, a fuzzy programming model in whcih the loads, the spinning reserve requirements and the cost are all expressed in fuzzy set notations is developed. This method has been successfully applied to a sample system. The results are given to show the advantages of the pro-posed method. |
