中文摘要 | 本研究以資訊處理模式探討新產品研發過程中創新不確定性、研發專案結構、及研發團隊溝通行為三者間的關係。本研究首先建構新產品研發溝通行為之資訊處理模式,並發展結構性問卷,對國內廠商之新產品研發團隊成員進行調查。主要的研究結果彙整如下:1. 知覺強烈或明顯的創新誘因或創意來源會消除或降低相對應之創新不確定性。而在追求降低不確定性過程中,研發團隊成員較迫切的需求是提升研發人員能力為之因應。2. 研發團隊之整合與降低新產品研發過程中之不確定性有關,在高顧客確定性情境下,研發團隊中之各相關領域成員之整合程度較高。就合作意願而言,新產品研發團隊成員認為應增加行銷功能領域,但減少高階管理者對研發決策的影響力。3. 處於不確定性較低的團隊有較多的內部溝通及水平溝通,而外部溝通及層級間溝通較少;而面臨高不確定性的團隊則有較多的垂直溝通。故可推論在不確定性較低的團隊中,較多的水平溝通提升了內部資訊聯結的有效運用。4. 品質機能展開團隊有較多的水平溝通,而層級間的溝通(垂直溝通)較少;而傳統跨牆式研發團隊則有較多的層級間溝通。在溝通主題方面,品質機能展開團隊在有關外部溝通議題上(市場資訊、顧客需求)有較多的溝通, 而傳統跨牆式團隊則在技術性議題上(產品設計)有較多的溝通。 |
英文摘要 | Recent scientific evidence suggests that the success or failure of new produdt development have been found to relate to the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of information processing of new product development (NPD) teams, and the core section of information processing is uncertainty reduction. However, the process of uncertainty reduction will affect the behavior of communication in NPD teams. On the other hand, studies also show that patterns of communication of task teams will be influenced by the project structure. In this paper, we will explore the relationships among uncertainty, project structure, and behavior of communication of NPD teams. According to the empirical results, our evidence suggests that (1) if the innovatory impetus has a strong link to uncrertainty, then the uncertainty is thereby significantly decreased, (2) under lower uncertainty, task teams enhance the efficiently use of internal communication, (3) QFD teams leads more horizontal communication, but the conventional teams emphasize vertical communication much more. |
