中文摘要 | 本研究針對臺灣地區中、小規模養豬產銷經營班勞動力利用情況做一完整的探討,主要的研究目的包括:(一)瞭解產銷經營班中小規模養豬農家的勞動力素質。(二)分析影響養豬場內部勞動力結構配置的因素。(三)評估解決勞動力不足的外在與內在環境勞動力運用的策略。(四)探討加入WTO後,臺灣地區中、小規模養豬農家如何調整場內勞動力與生產規模之因應策略。資料來源採用民國85年度農委會委託計畫「臺灣地區畜產養殖業勞動力研究」之原始調查資料,共計分析68位養豬家戶。研究結果發現增加養豬場內的自動化機械與設備、減少飼養規模、要求其他家庭成員來幫忙與引進外籍農業勞工等方式,被認為可以解決養豬場勞動力不足的問題。而七成以上養豬業者認為唯有增加養豬場內的自動化機械與設備,才能夠真正的解決勞動力不足的問題,特別應該優先輔導稍具規模(500頭以上)但仍處於小部份自動化的養豬戶朝向半自動化方向來努力。 而目前許多中、小規模的養豬場家庭成員參與似乎有過多的現象,對於夫妻共同經營之養豬場可以輔導男性業者到其他欠缺勞動力的養豬場工作,將家中的養豬場交由配偶來飼養。這種勞動力的調整不僅可解決大規模養豬場勞動力不足的現象,更可以減少小規模養豬場的勞動力過多問題。 |
英文摘要 | This study explored the utilization of labor force in farm families with a middle or small productive scale of hogs in farmers' prouction groups. Four major objectives of this study included: (1) profiles of labor force in hog farm families, (2) affectiong factors of internal labor force displacement, (3) evaluation of strateiges toward solving the insufficient of internal and extra labor force, (4) discussion of adjustments of internal labor force and productive scale in middle or small productive scale of hog farm families after WTO. Data was emploted by a survey of "Lobar Force of Livestock and Aquaculture fars in Taiwan" (1996) supported by Council of Agriculture. 68 hog farm families were analyzed in this study. Some findings in this study were indicated. Firstly, increasing automatic equipment of hog farms and foreign employee, encouraging family members' assistance, and decreasing productive scale were concerned by hog farmers to solve the problem about insufficient of labor force. Secondly, government should encourage hog farms adopt automatic equipment and techniques, particularly for those farms with a middle productive scale (more than 500 hogs). Tinally, data also indicated that the supply of labor force overflowed the demand in small productive scale of hog farm families, particularly for couples working together. The displacement of labor force in small scale of hog farms suggested that encouraging male farmers worked at other hog farms with the insufficient of labor force and female farmers still worked at hog family farms. The strategy provided an equilibrium of the demand and supply of labor force in hog farm failies. |
