英文摘要 | 本研究主要探討jasmonates對水稻(臺中在來一號品種)切離葉片老化之影響。 Jasmonic acid (JA) 合成的前身物 linolenic acid 可有效的加速水稻切離葉片的老化, 而 lipoxygenase (合成 JA 的限制酵素 ) 的抑制劑可延緩水稻切離葉片的老化。 Lipoxygenase 抑制劑可抑制 linolenic acid 所促進的老化。Lipoxygenase 途徑中的四種 代謝產物 (JA. methyl jasmonate, traumatic acid, trans-2-hexenal) 中, 只有 JA 與 methyl jasmonate 可有效的加速水稻切離葉片之老化, 而 traumatic acid 與 trans-2-hexenal 則無明顯的加速水稻切離葉片老化之效果。 試驗結果顯示內生 jasmonates 可能參與水稻切離葉片的老化。 traumatic acid and trans-2-hexenal had no or only marginal effect on it. The results support a role for endogenous jasmonates in regulating the senescence of detached rice leaves. |
