中文摘要 | 本研究分析1993、1994年臺北地區夏季 (6至8月)環保署17個測站和中央氣象局北部地區測站,以及同年高雄地區夏、秋季(6至11月) 環保署14個測站和中央氣象局南部測站資料,研究結果發現臺北地區在夏季、高雄地區在秋季易發生「高臭氧污染」,在統計日數中,臺北地區「高臭氧污染日」(HOD)佔64%,高雄地區佔60%。HOD臭氧濃度逐時特徵為清晨至中午濃度迅速增加8倍以上,在午時達一日中最高值,臺北地區以汐止、松山、土城較易發生「高臭氧污染」,在統計日數中發生頻率分別為33%、32%、33%,高雄地則為橋頭、左營、屏東較易發生,發生頻率為42%、50%、51%。其中,臭氧最大值記錄土城可達215ppb,屏東為206 ppb,此二監測站皆位於白天海風下風處。本研究亦統計分析得臺北、高雄地區HOD上午的氣象環境,所得共同特徵為:雲量少,日照時數每小時大於55分鐘,為有利於光化反應的大氣條件。研究中亦發現在HOD盛行風風速弱(<4.0 m/s)或盛行風受地形阻擋時,區域環流明顯,海陸風是主導該區域的主要風場。海陸風之特徵為:上午8:00前為陸風時期,臺北地區陸風沿淡水河谷及基隆河谷方向吹向海洋,高雄地區陸風則從內陸垂直海岸線吹向海洋。8:00至10:00為海陸風交換時期。10:00以後至下午均為海風時期,臺北地區海風垂直海岸線沿淡水河河谷、基隆河河谷吹向盆地,在盆地中匯流後再吹向盆地南邊,風速在14:00達一日最大值。高雄地區海風由海洋垂直海岸線吹向陸地,海風則在15:00出現最大值。 |
英文摘要 | This study analyzsed the data gathered from the 17 new EPA stations and the CWB stations in the northern Taiwan area (Taipei) during the summer time (Jun.∼Aug.) in 1993 and 1994. Also we analyzed the data gathered from the 14 new EPA stations and the CWB stations in the southern Taiwan area (Kao-hsiung) during the summer and fall (Jun.∼Nov.) in 1993 and 1994. We found that the ozone episodes usually happened during the summer time in the Taipei area, and the fall time ini the Kao-hsiung area. The statistical High Ozone Days (HOD) is 64% in the Taipei area and 60% in the Kao-hsiung area. On the HOD, from the analysis we found that high hourly solar radiation (>55 min) and low cloud amount will lead to efficient photochemical reactions in Taipei and kao-hsiung area. Also the prevailing wind speed is weak (<4.0m/s) and the land-sea breeze ciruclation is significant. Before 8 AM, land breeze is dominant; during 8AM∼10AM, land breeze changes to sea breeze; after 10 AM, sea breeze is dominan, and reaches to the daily maximum at about 2PM. As other hourly ozone concentration character, at noon, the ozone value is creasing 8 times than that in the early morning and reaches to the daily maximum. In Taipei area, ozone episodes happened often in Shi-chih, Sung-shan and Tuu-chen, the respective statistic frequency is 33%, 32%, and 33%. While in Kao-hsiung area, the respective statistic frequency in Chiao-tou, Tso-ying, Ping-tong is 42%, 50% and 51%. The maximum ozone value can reach to be 215 ppb in Tuu-chen, and 206 ppb in Ping-tong, the position of these two stations is around the sea-breeze's down-wind zone. |
