中文摘要 | 本研究目的為探討大專女子足球選手慣用腳與非慣用腳; 曾經受傷與未曾受傷受 試者膝關節伸肌與屈肌肌力的差異,以及膝屈肌與膝伸肌的比值( H/Q )。18 位受試者( 平均年齡 19.2 ± 1.3 歲, 身高 160.4 ± 3.5 公分, 體重 53.9 ± 4.7 公斤)使用 Merac 等速肌力測量儀,在角速度 60/sec、180/sec 和 300/sec 下測試兩腳的膝關節肌力 。結果發現在 180/sec 下膝伸肌最大扭力值慣用腳顯著( p<.05 )大於非慣用腳,表示選 手偏重使用慣用腳以中等速度進行 30 公尺以內的傳球。 受試者在中等及快速收縮下 H/Q 比值( 65-79 %)高於慢速收縮( 49-52 %)。此外,曾經受傷者左右兩腳肌力僅及未曾 受傷者的 85-88 %,顯示肌力與傷害有相當密切的關係。 結論:女子足球選手加強非慣用 腳訓練,應有助於使兩腳肌力趨於平衡。曾經受傷的受試者有必要進行肌力增強訓練,以避 免再度發生運動傷害。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to compare with the extensors and flexors for muscle strength of knees between (1) the dominant and non-dominant, (2) the subjects of injured and uninjured, And evaluated the rates between flexors and extensors (H/Q) in the college female soccer players. 18 subjects (age=19.2b1.3 yrs., ht.=160.4 3.5cm, wt.=53.9 4.7kg.) used Merac Isokinetic Dynamometer to test muscle strength of knees at the speeds of 60 deg/sec, 180 deg/sec and 300 deg/sec. Results indicated that the dominant were significantly (p<0.05) better than the non-dominant for knees extensor peak torque at the speed of 180 deg/sec, which expressed that the players over using the dominant with middle speed to passing within the thirty meters. The contractions of middle and fast speed (65-79%) was higher than slow (49-52%) on the H/Q ratios. Besides, the subjects of injured was 85-88% to the uninjured on the muscle strength of knees, it meant that the relations between the muscle strength and injured. Conclusions: It can keep the balance on the muscle strength of knees as reinforcing the training of non-dominant to female soccer players. The subjects who has injured must strengthen the muscle strength training to avoid getting the sporting injury again. |
