中文摘要 | 本報告以食品工業發展研究所提供之225個食用、藥用菇菌絲體樣品進行SOD活性 測定篩選。以電泳法及密度掃描影像分析儀快速定量超氧歧化�t之活性,配合使用抑制劑及 SOD 染色法鑑定。發現這批食用、藥用菇其菌絲體所含之 SOD 以 MnSOD 為主,而且多數菌 絲體 SOD 活性為 50 ∼ 100 U/mg d. w.,活性最高者達 310 U/mg d.w., 為一般平均值之 3 ∼ 4 倍, 另有 12 株為 200 ∼ 300 U/mg d.w., 有 70 株之活性分佈於 50 ∼ 100 U/mg d.w.,餘 27 株活性太低,其測定值接近於零。 茹菌絲體依其培養的批次、培養的條 件、生長時期不同或冷凍乾燥的條件等原因均會造成其 SOD 活性變化。 |
英文摘要 | Mycelium collected from 225 strains of edible and medicinal fungi were provided by the Food Industry Research and Development Institute in Taiwan. The SOD activity in the mycelium of each edible and medicinal fungi was analyzed by combining the PAGE, followed with SOD enzyme activity staining. MnSOD was found to be the major form of SOD in these fungi. The total SOD activity of each sample was estimated by densitometry. The SOD activity of most of the strains was in the range of 50 ∼ 100 U/mg d.w., and the highest one was 310 U/mg d.w., but 27 strains were undetected. The culture condition and the stage of the mycelium showed effects on SOD activity. |
