中文摘要 | 本文之目的在探討以應力波動技術非破壞檢測新舊混凝土介面粘結品質之可行性 。混凝土結構的修復包括去除劣質或損壞的混凝土,再補上覆蓋材料及新混凝土,適當的表 面處理及新舊材料間之粘結強度為修補成敗與否的重要因素。本研究製作各種不同粘結品質 之二十個標準圓柱試體,同時進行非破壞試驗,直接比對兩者之結果。試驗結果顯示,對於 粘結品質良好之試體,應力波可順利通過介面繼續傳動,而對於粘結品質不良之試體,在介 面上將有明顯的應力波動能量被反射回來,易於在應力波動訊號上識別出來,因此利用應力 波動技術檢測混凝土結構之粘結品質,極具可行性。 |
英文摘要 | The ojbective of this paper is to study the feasibility of using the s tress wave technique for nondestructive evalustion of interfacial bond quality in concrete. Concrete repair commonly includes removing poor concrete and replacing it with patches and overlay materials. Proper surface preparation and bonding quality between the new and old mate-rials are important factors for successful repair jobs. Twenty cylinders containing two concrete layers with different bond qualities were con-structed. Both nondestructive and destructive tests were carried out on these speciemns. Comparison of the test results can be made to under-stand the interaction of stress waves with interfacial bond quality. It is shown that most of energy in stress waves is reflected from an in terface with poor bond quality, making it possible to identify the poor inter-fa cial bond in the resulting signals. Results show that it is feasible to determin e bond quality in concrete using the stress wave technique. |
