中文摘要 | 香蕉抽穗終花後,利用割葉處理保留不同之葉片數,探討對果實生長發育及產量 之影響。結果顯示,香蕉終花後之葉片數達 6 片時,即不影響果實之發育、大小及最終產量 (>2Okg/ 株 ),葉片數在 4 片以下,顯著影響果實之發育及產量 (≦ l9kg/ 株 )。 葉片數 過多,似有增加香蕉催熟後發生嚴重褪綠轉黃困難 (青丹蕉 ) 之趨勢。因此,香蕉抽穗終花 後之葉片保護工作, 從果真生長發育、產量、採收後催熟轉包及減少施藥成本之觀點,葉片 數達 6 ~ 8 片葉片即可。 |
英文摘要 | The effects of leaf removal at flowering on fruit growth, development and yield of 'Giant cavendish' banana platn were investigated. Results showed that the relative growth rate, fruit size and bunch weight were not affected in banana plants that retained 6 or more leaves at flowering. Banana plants that had fewer than 4 leaves retained at flowering showed severely reduced fruit growth rate, fruit size and bunch weight. The occurrence of an abnormal ripening behavior - the "two-zone coloring", which is a term used to describe fingers that were rather slow in losing green color after the fruit were treated with 1000 ppm ethylene for 24 hrs at 20 ℃, were found to be higher in plants that had more than 8 leaves retained at flowering. Considering the rate of fruit growth and development, yield, occurrence of "two-zone coloring", and the cost of leaf protection. It is suggested that the optimum leaf number of leaves to be retained on banana plant at floweris between 6 to 8. |
