中文摘要 | 本文主要在說明採用前端-後端(CLIENT-SERVER)方式之商標圖形檢索管理系統之 架構。本系統源至上一版本之商標圖形審查輔助系統,最大的差別在於本系統主要著重在與 中央標準局現有商標文字檢索管理系統整合的工作上,整合後原圖形系統更名為商標圖形檢 索管理系統,但兩系統共用一商標圖文資料庫。文中將詳述系統整合方法、系統設計方式、 及系統效能調整方法。整合後之系統,經實際連線測試後,證實仍能維持原系統 (商標圖形 審查輔助系統 ) 的執行效率。 |
英文摘要 | In this article, we present a system integration methodology to cooperate the proposed trademark pictorial query management system and the trademark textual query management system, which is designed by Central Bureau of Standards, Ministry of Economic Affairs. The key point to integrate the two system is the redesign of a common database schema for the original applications. The application of the trademark textual query management system is not considered being changed due to its legacy system properties. Associating with the office organization and function analysis of the trademark censoring government, this methodology consists of the following four stages: (1) to identify the differences in the data processing flows between the old systems; (2) to resolve the database schema conflict points; (3) to partially modify the code of the trademark pictorial query management system; and finally, (4) to finely tune the performance of the final system. The system is proved to have good performance in supporting multiple simultaneous users' query requests by a set of well-defined test procedures. |
