中文摘要 | 「道德經」是我國故有的文化遺產,其是蘊涵著高深的智慧與道德修練的經典之作。 本研究主要在以智慧與道德的探求為主軸,作為詮釋學校行政脈絡意義的基礎,並根據詮釋 的意義實踐之,稱為「學校行政領導之道」。在此,學校行政領導之道的詮釋與實踐,本身 就是智慧與道德修練的歷程。更明白地說,根據「道」意涵詮釋所得的學校行政脈絡意義的 領悟與了解,是提昇學校行政領導之道實踐的必要修練。換言之,對學校行政脈絡發生原由 的了解,是實踐學校領導之道的根本。本而且本文建議八十一種學校行政領導行為,作為學校行 政領導之道的具體實踐。 |
英文摘要 | "Too Te Ching" is a book which influences this country broadly. Its maj or concept emphasizs the importance of wisdom and virtue. This paper tries to suggest that school administrative leaders should interprete the context of school administration based on wisdom and virtue, or called "The Tao of School Administrative Leadership". Further speaking, the Tao means that how things happen or natural law. Therefore, the praxis in the Tao of school administrative leadership is to inquire how to lead others in accordance with natural law. And the paper suggests eighty-one disciplines of leadership for the praxis of school administration. |
