中文摘要 | 由於都市地區風場複雜,應用流體力學之相似性法則在環境風洞中模擬量測複雜 形狀建築物之風環境及風壓變化係為有效可行之方法。本研究旨在於環境風洞中進行試驗模 擬都市地區中性大氣紊流邊界層,並以此迫近流為起始條件,作用於建築物量測分析探討其 間之風壓與風場變化。並以臺北市區中華電視臺大樓為個案測試研究:試驗結果顯示頂樓停 機坪上空之風場變化應注意風剪效應;而量測之平均風壓係數,亦應配合區域氣象風速實測 資料統計定出之陣風因子,以準確提供抗風設計數據。另外本文發展之模擬試驗方法與技術 (包括中性紊流大氣邊界層之產生模擬與紊流風場以及平均風壓之量測等數據分析程式軟體 ) 將可提供工程設計上欲應用風洞進行試驗之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Due to the complexity of flow field in urban area, the application of wind tunnel simulation in accordance with the similarity rules of fluid mechanics to study the wind environment and wind pressure of the building is deemed to be an effective and feasible approach. The purpose of this study is to simulate the turbulent boundary layer in wind tunnel which can be used as an approaching flow. The approaching flow then interacts with the buildings. The mean wind pressure and wind environment of the building are measured and analyzed. The Chinese Television System (CTS) building in Taipei city is tested as a case study. Results indicate that there exist wind shear on the top of the building. For obtaining more reasonable design criteria of wind force, it should incorporate the measured mean wind pressure coefficient with the statistical analysis of local meteorological data. In the present study, the developed flow simulation and data analysis skill can be provided as the references for those who use wind tunnel for wind engineering study. |
