中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在探討衛生教育介入前後對社區婦女骨質疏鬆症之知識、態度與 行為之影響。本研究採真實驗研究設計;針對居住於臺北市北投區之二十歲以上婦女進行研 究。本研究採面對面訪談法及個別教導法進行資料收集與衛生教育活動;所用工具包括問卷 (包括骨質疏鬆症知識量表、骨質疏鬆症態度表、骨質疏鬆症行為量表)及衛生教育教材與單 張(認識骨質疏鬆症)。經過三個月的追蹤,全程參與本研究的人數「衛教組」有36名,「控制 組」有66名,共計102名。每組受試者均需完成前測、後測(衛教後滿一個月)、後後測(衛教 後滿三個月)三次的問卷訪談。所用統計方法包括:頻數、百分比、卡方檢定、t-檢定、二因 子變異數分析以及Scheffe'事後比較法。本研究所得重要結果有:1.衛生教育介入可顯著的 增加社區婦女對骨質疏鬆症的知識得分,且此衛教效果可維持至衛教後三個月。2.衛生教育介 入會顯著影響婦女對骨質疏鬆症之早期診斷與治療價值認知、行為效果認知、易感受性認知 與嚴重性認知四種態度;主要的改變是會顯著的增加婦女對此症早期診斷與治療價值及行為 效果的認知,顯著的降低婦女對此症易感受性與嚴重性的認知。3.衛生教育介入可顯著的改善 社區婦女執行骨質疏鬆症預防性行為;且此衛教效果亦可維持至衛教後滿三個月。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of health education on knowledge, attitude, and practice (KAP) regarding osteoporosis. We used a true-experimental design for this study with three questionnaires (including the Osteoporosis Knowledge Scale, the Osteoporosis Attitude Scale, and the Osteoporosis Behavior Scale) to collect data and evaluate the effects of health education through face-to-face interview and personal instruction. Teaching content and material ("Knowing Osteoporosis") were developed and used in teaching community women. After three months' following up, one hundred and two female subjects aged over twenty years finished the whole process by completing three tests (i.e. pretest, the first posttest one month after health education, and the second posttest three months after health education). Out of 102 subjects, 36 were put in 'health education group' and 66 were in 'control group', Frequency, percentage, Chi-square test, t-test, two-way ANOVA, and Scheffe' method were used to analyze data. The main findings are as follows: (1) There was a significant improvement in score of knowledge regarding osteoporosis after health education in 'health education groups' and they still could keep their score three months after the termination of health education. (2) In attitude aspects, the main findings revealed that there existed a significant difference between two groups in "perceived values of early detection and treatment", "perceived efficacy of action", "perceive susceptibility" and "perceived severity". (3) There was also a significant improvement in preventive health behaviors on osteoporosis after health education and this effect was still valid three months thereafter. The scores on behavior in health education group were significantly higher than those of control group. |
