中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探究原他民族籍實習教師專業社會化之歷程及本質,並就其教學、行 政等工作上,所面臨的情況作一深入探討。本研究以民族誌的方法研究屏東地區原住民實習 教師專業社會化過程,主要是以功能論及符號互動論,作為概念架構,以參與觀察和深度訪 談作為研究方法,以屏東地區一所山地國小作為田野調查場所,一位原住民族籍實習教師為 研究參與者,進行為期一年的研究。本研究發現如下:原住民實習教師的專業社會化歷程中 ,沒有顯著的與個人意願相違的社會規範和約束,沒有嚴峻的外力控制,沒有激烈的外在與 內在衝突,個人對社會化方向有很大的自主權。原住民實習教師專業社會化的本質,相當程 度的主體性,較偏向「自我社會化」。 |
英文摘要 | This study proposes to expore one important stage of the teacher training program, the fifth-year teaching practicuum, and aims to provide empirical data for the use of policy makers and teacher educators. This is an ethnographic research which studies the socialization process of the Paiwan teacher interns in the Ping-Tung area. The theoretical framework is composed of the theories of functionalism and symbolic interactionism. Participant observation and in-depth interviews are two major methods used in this research. One elementary school located in Ping-Tung's mountainous area was chosen as the site for fieldwork. One Paiwan teacher intern from this school was selected as the research participant. the project lasted for one year. In addition to a series of interviews, data collection included descriptive observation, focused observation, selected observation, and comparison and contrast. Data analysis included induction, deduction, verification and theory generalization. The findings of the study is that the Paiwan teacher intern experienced few external constraints and little conflicts between individual will and institutional expectations. She possessed a great degree of autonomy and was able to control most parts of her directions during her socialization process. |
