中文摘要 | 本文係以加壓成形,燒結和滲銅之方法製作放電加工用之鎢銅合金,探討所用鎢 粉之平均粒度對於鎢銅合金電極於放電加工中之耗損比與加工速率的影響。實驗過程中,使 用五種鎢粉,其平均粒度分別為 1.0 μm,1.5 μm,2.0 μm,2.5 μm和 3.0 μm。 鎢粉壓結件之密度隨成形壓力之提高與平均粒度之增大而提高;在燒結和滲銅過程中會產生 體積收縮之現象。當使用模具鋼為工件材料時,試製鎢銅合金之耗損比很低,加工速率很高 ,鎢粉之平均粒度對此兩項實驗數據缺乏顯者之影響。當使用碳化鎢為工件材料時,以平均 粒度為 2.0 μm之鎢粉所製作的鎢銅合金電極具有最佳的加工性能, 亦即具有最小的耗損 比與最高的加工速率。 |
英文摘要 | The W-Cu alloys were fabricated by pressing, sintering and infiltration. The effect of the average particle size (APS) of the tungsten powder on the erosion ratio and erosion speed of tha alloys during electro-discharge machining were investigated. Five batches of tungsten powder with APS of 1.0 μm, 1.5 μm, 2.0 μm, 2.5 μm and 3.0 μm were used. The green density of the tungsten compacts increased with increasing compacting pressure and the APS of the W powder. Volume shrinkage occurred during the sintering of the W compacts and the infiltrating of the W skeleton. When using tool steel as the workpiece, a low erosion ratio and high erosion speed were obtained. The difference of APS of the W powder had little influence on these two groups of experimental data. While eroding annular workpieces of WC, the test results showed that the W-Cu alloy made of the W powder with APS of 2.0 μ m exhibited an optimum performance, i.e., the lowest erosion ratio and the highest erosion speed. |
