| 中文摘要 | 本研究發展了一套2-D及暫態的熱化學燒蝕模式,以描述及模擬耐高溫及耐燒蝕材 料在具有熱化學燒蝕環境中之行為及過程。 當反應最終溫度( failure temperature )達 到時,熱化學燒蝕可在材枓之表面被觀察到。 本熱化學燒蝕模式發展包括:1. 固態物質( 排放口被覆材)之暫態熱傳導;2. 分解氣體流動導致之內部熱對流現象;3. 固態物質之高 熱分解作用( pyrolysis );4. 燒蝕過程之吸熱反應( endothermicity );及 5. 耐燒 蝕材物性隨著溫度而變化等程序與現象。經由所建立之數學模式用以模擬計算耐燒蝕材表面 蝕變化,所得到之預測結果與已有之文獻資料及實驗相當吻合。 |
| 英文摘要 | In this study a two-dimensional and transient model for thermochemical ablation has been developed to simulate the behavior of ablative material exposed to a hostile environment. The thermochemical ablation is observed on the surface of the material, when the temperature reaches its failure point. The following behaviors have been investigated: (1) transient heat conduction in the solid materials, (2) internal heat convection due to the flow of decomposition gases, (3) pyrolysis of the solid material, (4) endothermicity in the ablative process, and (5) variation of material properties with temperature. Numerical calculations for surface ablation of the ablative material have been performed. The results show a good agreement with the available experimental data. |
